MPW's normal business hours are 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. Monday thru Friday.
That's the only number you have to remember to get help.

 

If you have a water or wastewater service emergency during our normal business hours, our Call Center will direct you to our Customer Response personnel.
If the problem occurs after normal business hours, our answering service will notify our on-call personnel who will call you back within 15 minutes.
 

Do you know how to turn off your water service?

 
 
You can also turn off your service at a valve located on the customer side of the meter.  Locate your water meter and on the side of the meter closest to your house either inside the box or outside the box you can locate a valve that can shut off the water supply to your home.

 

Your Water can be shut off at the cutoff valve, a wheel-type valve normally located under the faucet outside, 18 inches below the ground and 2 feet from the house.  It will usually be in line with your water meter (located near the edge of your property line near the street.  If you have an elevated home look for a cutoff valve under your home where the water line comes in.
